Somatic Parts Work Therapy Group
An 8 week Experiential Group
Somatic Parts Work Therapy Group
An 8-Week Experiential Group for Adults
Beginning Early March 2026
A Space to Slow Down, Listen Inward, and Reconnect
This therapy group offers a supportive, embodied space to explore your inner world through somatic awareness, parts-informed practices, and nervous system regulation.
Many of us move through life carrying unspoken emotions, protective patterns, and survival strategies that once served us — but may now feel limiting or exhausting. This group invites you to slow down, gently listen, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Rather than focusing on fixing or problem-solving, we create space for curiosity, presence, and self-trust to emerge naturally.
What This Group Offers
This group supports participants in:
Developing greater awareness of internal emotional patterns
Building nervous system regulation and resilience
Cultivating self-compassion and curiosity toward inner experience
Exploring parts of self with care rather than judgment
Experiencing safe, relational connection with others
No prior experience with therapy, mindfulness, or somatic practices is required.
How We’ll Work Together
This group is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and polyvagal theory. Sessions are experiential, gentle, and relational rather than analytical or performance-based.
Each session includes:
Grounding & Arrival
Time to settle the nervous system and arrive in the present moment.
Psychoeducation (especially in early sessions)
Foundational understanding of parts work, nervous system responses, and how safety and connection support healing.
Relational Connection Practices
Guided experiences (such as “What, How, How”) that support attunement, reflection, and authentic presence.
Somatic & Embodied Awareness
Simple, accessible practices that invite you to notice sensations, impulses, and internal cues — always with choice and flexibility.
Group Reflection & Parts Exploration
Opportunities to explore inner experiences with facilitator support while others witness with curiosity and care.
Integration & Closing
Grounding practices to help you transition back into daily life with more awareness and ease.
Who This Group Is For
This group may be a good fit if you:
Feel curious about your inner world but want support exploring it
Want to strengthen emotional regulation and self-trust
Are seeking meaningful connection in a supportive, contained environment
Appreciate a slower, body-aware approach to personal growth
