Psychotherapy Services

I offer psychotherapy to adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relational stress. My approach is grounded, relational, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping clients feel more regulated, connected, and supported in their daily lives.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT # 161037) practicing under supervision, and I work with individuals, couples, and families.

You can find me on Psychology Today.

My Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic work is somatically informed, parts-aware, and trauma-attuned. I draw from Internal Family Systems–informed approaches, mindfulness and meditation practices, nervous-system regulation, and embodied awareness to support healing and integration.

I work from the belief that symptoms and coping strategies often arise as intelligent responses to life experiences. Rather than trying to fix or eliminate parts of you, therapy becomes a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and develop more compassionate and effective ways of relating to yourself and others.

Sessions may include:

  • Talk therapy and reflective inquiry

  • Somatic awareness and nervous-system regulation

  • Parts-informed exploration (IFS-informed)

  • Mindfulness practices when appropriate

  • Attention to relational and systemic contexts

The pace of therapy is guided collaboratively, with an emphasis on safety, consent, and sustainability.

Areas of Focus

I commonly work with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Burnout and overwhelm

  • Trauma and adverse life experiences

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Relationship and family dynamics

  • Parenting stress and caregiver fatigue

I am especially attuned to working with individuals who are highly responsible, self-aware, and outwardly functional, yet feel internally strained or disconnected.

Nature-Informed & Somatic Support

When appropriate and aligned with a client’s needs, I may integrate nature-informed and somatic perspectives into therapy, supporting grounding, regulation, and connection through embodied awareness. This might include orienting practices, imagery, or reflection rooted in the natural world, always within the context of psychotherapy.
