Somatic Coaching for Women in Transition
This coaching is for women who are capable, thoughtful, and tired—often navigating burnout, caregiving, single parenting, or major life transitions—who want support reconnecting with themselves in a grounded, embodied way.
My work takes an embodied approach to trauma, focusing on nervous-system regulation, somatic awareness, parts-informed reflection, and reconnection to the body and nature. I draw from yoga-based embodiment, mindfulness and meditation practice, Internal Family Systems–informed approaches, somatic training, and nature-based therapeutic principles.
This work is offered as coaching rather than therapy. It does not involve diagnosis, trauma processing, or clinical treatment. Instead, it supports present-moment awareness, capacity building, and embodied self-trust in daily life.
Over the course of our work together, we move through a gentle, structured arc that supports:
Developing somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
Noticing how internal responses and “parts” show up in the body
Relating to internal experiences with more curiosity and safety
Using the body and nature as resources for grounding and perspective
Integrating embodied awareness into everyday decisions and rhythms
Sessions are experiential, relational, and paced to support sustainability rather than pushing or fixing.
Important Note on Scope
This coaching is non-clinical and not psychotherapy. Therapy services are offered separately in my role as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) under supervision. Coaching may be a good fit for those seeking embodied, present-focused support outside of a clinical context.
